How do you deliver and how much will it cost?

For all orders being shipped to an Australian Address we use Australia Post - Parcel Post. Orders being shipped Internationally we use DHL.  Please see Postage and Handling for more information.

Can you gift wrap my purchase?

Unfortunately we do not gift wrap. Our shoes come well wrapped and stuffed in tissue paper and a reusable cloth shoe bag. We are happy to include a hand written note with a purchase if it is a gift.

Can my order be delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Yes, it can. You will find an option to choose a different delivery address during the checkout process.

What happens if I am not home when the parcel is delivered?

Australian Deliveries

If you have selected a residential address for your delivery a card will be left with instructions for collection points. We do recommend sending your purchases to a PO Box address or a business address if possible to avoid delayed delivery times. Should your parcel not be delivered it will be returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-sending your parcel.

How can I pay for the goods?

You can pay for your order by using the following: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of $20 AUD. If you would like to know more about international shipping please see our policy. If you would like to send a pair of shoes to a company not listed on our website please email support@millwoods.com.au to arrange postage.

What do I do if an item does not fit?

We are happy to exchange or offer a refund on unworn goods, with original packaging in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges information on the website.

How do I know what size to buy?

Please refer to the Millwoods Sizing Charts. It is best to check the measurements using this guide, as sizes do vary between different shoe brands and we want to make sure you get the right size the first time. The measurements on our chart are that of the innersole. We do recommend leaving approx 5mm - 12mm in front of the large toe to allow for growth.

What are your shoes made from?

All our shoes are made from the finest non toxic genuine leather upper and inner. The soles are non-toxic rubber to ensure nonslip, fun playing for our kids. Our collections use genuine full grain and smooth leathers. Please note that as this is a natural product there may be variations in grain, we have done our best to minimise this as much as we can.
